Service Description

This course is perfect for both pet enthusiasts and individuals working in the pet industry. It encompasses fundamental first aid topics for Dogs and Cats, but the knowledge can also be applied to a wide range of other animals. Gaining a grasp of basic pet first aid equips you with the abilities to provide initial assistance and mitigate their condition from deteriorating until veterinary care is administered. Topics covered include CPR, choking, bandaging and more. All supplies are provided as well as light refreshments. Level 2 CPD Accredited Certificate awarded upon successful completion. Course is approximately 4 hours long.

Cancellation Policy

By making payment you agree to the following terms: • If you have booked a course but need to cancel, we ask for at least 14 days notice so that we can arrange for another participant to have the space. Course bookings are not transferable. • If you do not show up to participate in or complete your first aid course, No refunds or discounts will be awarded. • Once your booking is confirmed we are unable to transfer you to another course, or to offer any refunds. As you can appreciate, this could result in our running a course with insufficient numbers. There are no exceptions to this. • Courses very occasionally have to be cancelled because we’ve had too few bookings. We do everything that we can to avoid this, but it’s not possible to run a course if only a few people have applied. If the number of bookings is too low, we’ll wait for some time before cancelling the course, in case people book late. You will be notified as soon as possible if the course is cancelled. A rescheduled date will be offered. If you notify us (Bluebell Pet Care) within 7 days of being advised of a rescheduled date that such date is unacceptable and if no other date can be agreed, then you will be entitled to a refund of the course fees paid but not otherwise. • Bluebell Pet Care cannot be held liable for travel or accommodation costs paid before a course has been confirmed. • Course fees include tuition, course materials (ebook and/or resource files) and certification fees, where applicable. Refreshments at break times are also included. All other costs such as travel and accommodation where needed etc are payable by the student. • It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the course is suitable for their requirements. We are happy to offer advice but accept no liability in the event that the content of the course does not meet individual requirements. • Bluebell Pet Care reserve the right to change the advertised course venue. • Bluebell Pet Care reserve the right to decline applications to take the course. • All students are required to observe and abide by all policies regarding health and safety, security, student conduct and any other regulations as set out by Bluebell Pet Care. • The total cost must be paid in advance and full payment is non refundable • In the event of a participant being unable to attend a course or complete a course no refunds will be available.
